Henlein & Co (Best & Less) – Queensland Heritage Register application

Under the provisions of s.39 of the Queensland Heritage Act 1992, the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (the department) gives public notice that an application has been received for the removal of part of a State Heritage Place from the Queensland Heritage Register:

Any person or entity may write a submission to the chief executive about this application. Under s.42 of the Act, a heritage submission must be made on the basis that the part of the place which is the subject of the application does or does not satisfy the cultural heritage criteria.

A copy of the application can be viewed, on www.qld.gov.au/environment/land/heritage/register/applications or by contacting the department’s Heritage Branch on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
